Site & Lake Requirements
Before going deeper into your planning, you should check the site requirements first. Here you will find the most important dimensions.
A minimum safety distance of 15 m on each side is required, resulting in a lake width of at least 30 m.
The overall length of System 2.0 from drive head to deflection head can be up to 240 m.
The length of the water surface. Depending on how the System 2.0 is used, it should be at least 50 m. For wakepark use with features (ramps), the lake should be at least 100 m long.
The effective riding distance equals the lake length minus the 15 m safety distance at both ends.
This is the area where wakepark features (ramps) can be placed. You need sufficient clear space around the turning points. Some features can be placed closer to the turning points, while others require more space.
Tower heights
We offer three standard tower heights, designed to adapt to a wide range of installation environments. Each tower features an adjustable base, allowing precise alignment and optimal adaptation to on-site conditions.
6 m
Adjustable:
5,80 m - 6,70 m
Width ~3,70 m
9 m
Adjustable:
8,80 m - 9,70 m
Width ~5,10 m
12 m
Adjustable:
11,80 m - 12,70 m
Width ~6,60 m
Depending on the terrain and layout of the location, combining different tower heights can be required, as the tower tops should be set at the same height above the water to ensure the running cable remains as parallel to the water surface as possible. For example, a 9 m motor tower paired with a 6 m deflection tower on elevated ground.

Tower Placement Example
Water / Water
No matter where your towers are placed, whether on the shoreline, on a hill, or in the water - the goal is for both tower tops to have the same height above the water, so that the running cable is as parallel to the water surface as possible. Depending on the application, your System 2.0 should have a height above water of 6 m to 9 m.
When evaluating your location, make sure that the water depth in the riding area is at least 1.2 m. If towers are placed in the water, the water depth must not exceed 6 m. (Special solutions are possible for greater water depths)
Anchor Options
For every type of site condition, we offer different anchoring solutions.
After ordering your System 2.0, you will receive detailed technical drawings of the anchors.
Upon request, our team can also take care of casting the anchors.
Pylon
Anchor
2.80 × 1.50 × 1.20 m
Our all-time favorite. It reduces the length of the guy cables, saves space, and creates a clean look.
Ground
Anchor
1.60 × 1.60 × 1.10 m
Classic concrete block anchor. Quick and easy to cast, a simple and cost-effective solution.
Water
Anchor
3 × (3.00 × 3.00 × 0.25 m)
Underwater anchoring solution. Concrete slabs are stacked
on the lakebed.
THE TRUSTED TECH BEHIND SYSTEM 2.0:

advanced Control Cabinet
Machwerk has been building control cabinets for FSC parks around the world for years. That hands-on experience led to what we believe is the most advanced control system for two tower cableways on the market.
Housed in a stainless steel cabinet, the cabinet is built to industrial standards and loaded with features. Remote maintenance comes additionally, enabling fast troubleshooting and seamless software updates.
A built-in display puts full control right at your fingertips. No laptops, no tablets, no Wi-Fi headaches. The intuitive software allows component testing, delivers clear error codes, and keeps maintenance intervals fully transparent.
Control Panel & Recon
The control panel is designed with one clear goal: keep operation as simple as possible. With only three buttons required for daily use, operators can stay focused on riders and customer flow instead of complex controls.
For an optimized riding experience, speed is individually adjustable via a precision rotary control, allowing fine and intuitive tuning to match the rider’s skill level. Alternatively, up to three preset programs can be configured to define standard speed, start ramps, and turning points based on the target group, ensuring consistent and reliable operation.
Optionally, the legendary RECON remote control allows wireless operation and greater freedom around the lake for more direct on-water support.

Vertically Aligned & Segmented Pulleys
Our pulleys feature a single-sided, vertical mounting. The vertical alignment ensures an optimal riding experience by distributing the load of the rider evenly across both cables - just like on Full-Size-Cables (FSC).
The single-sided design also makes maintenance faster and easier. The pulley wheel is split into four segments, allowing individual segments to be replaced one by one with simple tools, even while under load, keeping downtime to a minimum.
Spare Parts
Availability
Even though we have put a great deal of effort into minimizing maintenance requirements and component wear, certain parts of the System 2.0 will naturally need to be replaced from time to time. To prevent downtime before it even occurs, we keep a large stock of all spare and wear parts readily available. For fast and easy access, we offer an international webshop where all parts are clearly organized by model.
PRO TIPP: To reduce downtime, a seasonal spare parts package can be ordered as a complete set. This allows operators to keep all critical components on hand, respond quickly to wear or damage, and avoid unnecessary interruptions during daily operation.
